Pregnancy Yoga

The class will provide a gentle way of maintaining or gaining fitness and promote general emotional wellbeing and reduce anxiety using relaxation.
Using different breathing techniques we help mums to increase and strengthen their lung capacity for labour and provide nourishment for their growing baby. My class is suitable from 14 weeks onwards and then I offer postnatal yoga to support women in the 4th trimester.​
