Mummy & Baby Yoga
Classes offer a mix of active and social exercises, including massage, stretching and balancing for babies, always accompanied by well known songs and rhymes to make the exercises fun and interactive. Gentle adult stretches, yoga postures and breath awareness are included in each session too.
At the end of each session, both parents and infants are given the opportunity to wind down and relax; essential for re-energising the body and enjoying simply 'being' with baby. Classes are always baby-led; ensuring that the needs of the babies come first; feeding, changing and even sleeping in the class is fine!
Daddies are welcome too!
Baby Yoga has many benefits, some of which include;

Helping to settle and improve sleep patterns
Enchancing the bond between parent and infant
Giving parents special 'quality' time with babies and tots

Each class includes time for chatting to new friends and for babies to play. Refreshments are also available.
